Been a heavy user of the uncapped 1-7am since it was changed from a $5 add-on to being included with a data bundle.
This morning when I woke up at 6.30am I noticed my 9GB download queue to an FTP server was not complete (normally do just under 3GB per hour).

Wondering if there were any issues with Snap early in the morning.
There may not have been and it could have been the FTP that was having issues - I wont know until the FTP support gets in touch.

(this being my first Snap issue in quite some time, keep up the good work!  - need to counter all those negative posts at the moment)

Maybe that was the time of planned work?

Hey nzkiwiman, no service impacting maintenance or issues last night on our network.
If you PM me your username I'll check if there was any local maintenance in your area.

Cheers

My PPP has been dropping every morning between 1 and 2am since the 18th of September. I've contacted the help desk about it and have yet to hear what the cause is. Might be related?

Same issue this morning
Up several times in the night to check things and download speed was limited to under 100kb/sec rather than maxing out my connection (12Mbit). I still managed to pull down 6GB in 6 hours but well under my normal.

Not an issue with the FTP server as I downloaded a few GB after I got home from work (7pm) and it ran at full speed.

Will setup a connection to another system tonight and see what speeds that pulls down (again, can max out connection so at full capacity I would expect 20GB over the 6 hours if all going well)

PM incoming Ricky Owens

I haven't noticed any issues during that time.

So thanks Snap
