We had no phone connection since Tuesday and was fixed yesterday, we spent a week without internet or phone earlier this month now adsl again has gone again. Rang Orcon but looks like next week before any help.
Anyone else had problems with Orcon Genius? We wonder if router is shot as we have had it quite a while

All good here - was an outage the other day for some users but was back up reasonably quick (hours not days).

Request another router.

Are you getting getting DSL layer at all ?

What was the issue with your phone? Mine has been flashing orange for the last few days - I haven't had a chance to call Orcon about it yet. Power cycle of the Genius hasn't fixed it though.
