Is it just me?

I'm in Shirley, Christchurch and I seem to be able to ping and the DNS seems to resolve ip addresses but I can't browse to websites and it won't let me sign into PSN or play GTA online :( :( :(

i was having problems and switched my DNS to use 8.8.8.8 instead - that seemed to fix it for now. Maybe their DNS servers are having issues
