Is anyone else having trouble with Orcon and specific page requests hanging?

This is an odd problem to describe and I'm keen to know if it's effecting other people. Over the last few days I've started to have real problems with Orcon and specific http/https requests hanging or ending up in an endless pending state. The request doesn't timeout, it just hangs in the browser.

It primarily seems to be effecting web apps. All of these web apps have broken on me over the last few days. Google Analytics, Wistia, Perfect Audience, Intercom. Oddly a lot of these apps are semi functional but just certain urls and assets requests feel like they become blocked along the way.

Exactly the same web apps on the same laptop in the same browser on a different network don't have any problems at all. This leads me to the Genius router or Orcon as the problem areas. Of course I've rebooted the router multiple times. 

Could the recent DNS issues and blocking of DOS attacks be effecting other traffic? I assume that's all IP based.

I've experienced really odd moments like this...

This url loads fine...

this one never loads and the browser has an endless "pending" status.

on the different network there's no issues at all. What could explain specific http/https request failures?

Thoughts and suggestions welcome. This is super frustrating.
