Has anyone Amazon Plus working using Global Mode...

I was able to sign up and log in but it's saying it geo blocked. Also I can't even log in on my ipad...

Was using loaded visa but US address both hulu & netflix setup same way works perfectly through Slingshot...

Can we get prepaid US visas online?
