We have just moved into a new house today and to be honest I was kinda dreading the move of the internet connection (due to past experiences with Snap).  I'm happy to report the UFB install was done to a high standard by the Chorus contractors and the Snap technical team talked me through re-configuring my Fritzbox without issue.  I'm now up and running with a 30/10 connection and have an order in for a 100/50.

All in all nice work from the team at SNAP and Chorus.  I've given bad feedback on Snap before, but am also more than happy to recognise great performance when it is delivered.  Keep it up team :)
