Firstly, I thought it was strange that the SIII and Note 2 are listed as compatible but not more recent models. Is there a reason for this?

Would a Note 3 from another carrier (or imported) be compatible with Touch 2 Pay? What would need to be done? Is it possible at all?

Apologies if my question is a duplicate!

You need to flash the 2degrees firmware onto it. Then wait for 2degrees to get their new SIM cards in which are compatible with the S4 and Note 3 for Touch 2 Pay. There has been no indication given of when that will be though.
