We just got connected with Snap UFB today, as the 3rd and final installation occured this morning. I am using the Fritz Box 7360 as well as the Fritz Fon on a 30/10 connection, and the technition said that we were all ready to go as he left. However after connecting the Fritz Fon , our calls still go to our old phone that is connected through copper on our telecom connection that we are going to terminate. Will the calls go to the Fritz Fon after we cancel our copper service, or do I have to just wait a few days for Snap to configure everything accordingly?

Cheers for the Help in advance!

You should confirm with Snap that the porting is done. Do not cancel your existing service - if you cancel it then Snap won't be able to port the number.

AFTER the number is ported and working then you could contact Telecom to confirm that account was closed, no monies is owed, etc, etc...

Definitely is a porting issue. Had to do that exact issue today. In this case it was CallPlus VOIP to our UCLL.
