Hi
Has anyone had issues with getting this message when trying to access the Fritzbox NAS

No files available.

This could be due to incorrect indexing or a defective storage medium. Please check under "FRITZ!Box->Home Network->Storage (NAS)" to see whether indexing was successful. If so, check your USB storage medium on a PC. Errors in internal memory can be repaired by reloading the FRITZ!Box factory settings.

I have used a new USB storage and the system seems to be able to see it

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Im not familiar with the Fritz box's but have you checked under the menu it gives you in the error message to see if Indexing was successfull?

Also can you read the data if the storage device is plugged directly into a PC?

Is this a hard drive or memory stick you have connected to the NAS? Could be corruption in the file system - Running a disk check on a PC will find this out.
