Might be a issue impacting more than Orcon, Vodafone seem to be having issues in the 07 region as well

This is getting looked into now,

John

Just come right again.

This morning Orcon had on Call Attendant that Waikato Customers were having authentication issues.
Their status page also said the same issue was resolved yesterday.

Our other connection (different provider) has not had any issues.

Major issue in the 07 region currently with Chorus

Customer Impact: Approx 7900 Broadband & some Corporate customers may be experiencing a degradation of service/slow
speed due to packet loss

Equipment List: HN-RAN-22

Additional Information: Restart performed on HN-RAN-22 between 12:30 & 13:00 was partially successful. Telecom technicians are now undertaking a card swap. Next update on status change.
