Last Tuesday, I signed up on Pay Monthly with 2Degrees. At the moment, they're offering a 2GB bonus to customers signing up to Pay Monthly.
I was advised that the bonus would be applied no later than 72 hours after I signed up.
On Saturday, having not received the bonus, I gave the call centre a ring, and they told me that actually, my bonus would be applied the next time my plan rolled over. Even though this wasn't what I'd been advised, or what was advertised on the website, I wasn't too concerned because my plan was due to roll over today.
I have my regular new allocation of data for the month, but still no 2GB bonus.
I called the call centre back and they say they'll look into it and call me back by Thursday.
Since this is a standard promotion at the moment, it seems odd that it hasn't just been applied and I'm having to chase it up like this, and I'm wondering if anyone else has signed up and received their bonus as promised?

I'm pleased to say that it's all sorted now and I have the additional 2GB, just in time for summer holidays.
