Bought the cheap Y320 today from the warehouse just because...

Anyway. Registered for 2degrees. Logged into 2degrees world.

Gave personal details (which was not mentioned on the box as being a requirement)

Entered the scratch off stickers code and am told it is invalid even tried on another handset - same thing.

Anyone else have this happen? Resolution?

Hi Richard,

Can you please PM me the scratchy code and the mobile number you tried to apply it to? I'll then get this sorted for you.

The new code worked sweet as, got 60 mins of calling.

What would have been the cause of the first code not working? It wasnt scratched off the box at all when I got the phone/sim all wrapped together from the shop

From what I can tell the scratchy code was not added properly in our system originally, hence it didn't pick up on it when you entered it in.

Nice on the 60 minutes - hopefully should come in handy over the festive period :)
