Hi everyone

Just a quick note to say that Ralph is off on a well deserved holiday break over Christmas and New Year from today, and will be back on board from Monday 6th January.

Mrs Ralph will no doubt take a dim view of frequent checking of Geekzone while on break, even though sometimes its just too hard not to take a quick look :) So if you are a customer and have anything you need to contact us about, please call the help-desk on 0800 BROADBAND. The team will be working throughout the holidays - in fact we don't shut down at all - so there will always be someone able to help.

Thanks to all of the Geekzoners who have contributed to the many Snap forums over 2013. We really appreciate the feedback (even the bad stuff) as we truly want to provide the best possible broadband service in NZ, and the feedback is always taken on board, even if we don't always agree with it!

We can't wait for 2014 as we've got a heap of things in the pipeline, so stay tuned!

Stay safe, and Happy Christmas to you all.

Cheers
Ralph
