Haven't tried it. Possibly what an hour or give 2D a call they could be having technical issues or it could be an issue with your browser

Hi, no reported issues.

Have you tried using a different browser or tried clearing your cache and history? .. or different device?

Please PM me your number, name and address if it's still an issue.

Cheers

Yea tried all the obvious, different browsers etc. It's actually a 500 error.

I did eventually get it setup over the phone but still can't access that website to do it myself.

According to 2DegreesCare there was actually an issue with the site today, and according to my browser it's still ongoing.
