Hoping a helpful and knowledgeable 2D staff member can help me out, so far the CSR's have been clueless. I have moved my number across from the vodafone network via the "bring my number" part of the 2D website. 2D say the port has been successfully completed, earlier this afternoon.
However if the A party is calling from the vodafone network, the call is been terminated to the old (in a phone i have to give back) sim card. I am wondering if vodafone has not updated their switch, to therefore route the call off to 2D correctly? what is more confusing is a caller, has explained they received a "number not valid message", they tried again and got through, be it to the wrong phone as mentioned above.
