Does anyone know what time of day Snap data usage for the month is reset, and starts the new month?
My Snap fibre billing cycle is 15 Dec 2013 - 15 Jan 2014, does this mean my current month finishes and new data is available from:
- 12:00am 15 Jan
- 12:00pm 15 Jan
- Some other time?

Thanks

I would assume it is 12am if you got that date range from your account page under you plan.

My account shows 5:00pm 14 Dec 13 - 5:00pm 14 Jan 14. I believe this is because we where first connected at 4:57pm because it was 4:57pm for a couple of years.

As to if it's the 14th - 15th or 15th - 14th. Try asking snap or wait until tomorrow to find out.

Most likely new month will start exactly on 12:00am 15 Jan and your monthly data usage should be reset.

It's different for each user depending on when you were connected.
Check your usage meter, it will say quite clearly.
If it has not time then I would assume midnight as stated above.

Thanks, I was looking at the wrong page on the Snap site, doh!
URL "/summary" does in fact show the time of 7pm.
I was looking at URL "/summary/baseplan/", which did not have a time.

Thanks! :)

Hi All,

I think this has already been answered! but just to confirm it’s the start of the hour at which your account was activated.

Thanks,
