Morning, I have a 2 Degrees Alcatel 993 and have a screen issue that means I can not use the right hand side 5mm of the touch screen or the top 3mm. This of course rotates with the screen rotation so makes using the keyboard hard.
Is there a calibration feature I can not find (4.0.4) Or is it a warranty issue with 2 Degrees?(Online Store)
Thanks for your time.

I'd say it's a warranty issue. Contact 2degrees to arrange repair.

Afternoon, Have been told the phone is 2 weeks out of warranty so They will not cover it.(Appears to be a common fault)
Has anyone had luck with the CGA and being on a 2 year contract which should make the phone merchantable quality for two years?
I have tried Alcatel who don't want to now about it but my contract I feel is with 2 degrees not them.

Any pointers would help.

Thanks

If it's only two weeks out of warranty and a common fault you are covered by the CGA. Don't let them fob you off.

Thats what I am trying but try getting someone to talk to with authority is hard as I keep getting put on hold and get cut off straight away. Have been promised a call back by Monday maybe. will see what happens.

Thanks to 2 Degrees for sorting this and making it a trouble free event. This is why we have several phones with them. Cheers again
