I've just been using Flip for few days. But did encounter problem with my copy.com service yesterday evening. The uploading was blocked, while downing was limited to 1kb.
Has the service been limited/blocked by Flip?

Thank you for your attention!
The copy.com problem persists. The download speed can get up to 100kb if computer get restarted, gradually drop to none in less than 5 mins. This makes me suspect that there is a technical bar there to prevent this service gets delivered.
The general speed for my connection is slow, and unreliable. Quite often not been able to open some webpages: engadget.com, slingshot.co.nz, etc. The the web version of Google Hangouts gets disconnected. Failed to download large apps from App Store, failed to download some of my podcasts. I wouldn't say the internet connect is at a 'usable' state.
Tried to restart my modem, many many times. Changed phone socket. The performance didn't change.
Now, thinking of switch back to Slingshot, or change to Orcon, Snap. Feeling very sad, I have only been with Flip for less than a week. The $85 paid to Flip is far to expensive for one week use of poor connection.

Sorry to hear that.
Has the support team had anything to say on the issue? No other customers are in the same boat from what I can tell.
Have you tried a different modem? Different line filter?
