Logged into my FRITZ!Box 7360 settings and found these:

Telephony: No Telephone numbers enabled

And it seems all the call history was lost, now there's nothing to show in the Call List

However making / receiving calls are fine no problems

I also found this under the Overview section:

Your FRITZ!Box contains basic settings adjusted for your Internet service provider: Additional information.

Never seen this kind of message before. I tried to click the "Additional information", but the link doesn't work. I don't know what was changed / adjusted

Restarted the FRITZ!Box, and updated the firmware to the latest 6.04, still the same issues

Any thoughts?

Managed to find some notes that indicate that they've added a Dial Plan for New Zealand... not sure what this actually means however.

Was at a friends place in CHCH (Enable) with Snap UFB who had a VOIP landline but their configuration wasn't showing up in their Fritz!Box however their phone was still working fine. They were on an older Fritz OS version (5.something). Couldn't understand why their phone had worked for them all that time with no configuration in place!

Hi All,

Yes this is quite normal, the voice configurations are automatically pushed our from our end and kept up to date from our auto provisioning system.

Thanks,
TheRalph
