I registered for a new connection with Snap about a week ago . Sometimes during last week, I received a txt message from Snap telling me that the new connection has been booked on 3 March. Yesterday was 3 March but I still could not find any signs that the connection is on. Having tried to call Snap many times but no ones picked up. What should I do?????!!!

What do you mean by "but no ones picked up"? Your best option is to ring their helpdesk. You should go into a queue if it's a busy period.

Hi there. Thanks for the reply. I am not really tech savvy so how can I do the things you just said? Thanks

What sidefx means is to phone 0800 BROADBAND (0800 276 232) which is their help desk. If it is busy there will be a wait time and you will be placed in a queue.

All you need to do is hold tight and someone will be able to help you :)
