Hi,
Anyone else having issues with Microsoft Services on Slingshot? Were seeing patchy performance, loss of connectivity to Live, Outlook and Office 365 services.

Seems to be related to traffic that head out via the Microsoft APE connection.

We are not having the same issues with any other services.

Just interested to hear of other results before i start calling Slingshot.

We had a major routing fault with CallPlus for six weeks over Xmas.

Completely lost useful connectivity to our MS VLK downloads, WSUS updates and Trend AV along with ongoing partial webpage loads and other issues. The common factor seemed to be Akamai hosted cache servers.

Took a huge effort on our part to convince CP that the issue was at their end and an unacceptably long time after that for them to resolve it - the whole thing has been a huge bone of contention of late.

The fix was to change whatever routing gear our connection was sitting on at their end, which did eventually resolve the problem. It seemed (from what they said) quite specific to us.
