For the last two weeks or so I have been experiencing consistent behavior from services. The problem occurs at night, starting almost on the dot at 6pm until morning.
I realise that usage on the service is stretched at night due to increased residential use but this continues past 10 well into the early hours.

I havn't used any tracking software e.t.c primarily because I am unsure of what I would use to monitor this particular kind of service problem. So instead the description below is only what I have been able to "feel out" from normal usage.

Page loads and gaming seem to be fine during this time, reasonable pings e.t.c however it only lasts around 30-60 seconds before it is punctuated by a plummet, page loads stop, games halt, videos stop buffering. They last roughly 4-6 seconds. rarely up to 20. then service continues as normal. Due to the very "stop start" nature of the issue it seems incredibly uncharacteristic of normal ISP load during peak hours. Ontop of this, during normal waking daylight hours the service seems completely normal.

Has anyone else been experiencing these issues in Sandringham? Auckland? Nation wide?

Even if that were load related, any residential load effect drops right off after midnight and the working day load doesn't start to come on until 8-9am.

Sounds very odd - can you PM me your account details so I and the team can take a look? If you have already logged a support ticket let me have that number too but no worries if you haven't.

Out of interest are you connecting to the modem by cable or WiFi? IDo you have many WiFi devices inc phones that connect?
