corksta: I'm sure it used to be unlimited between 1am and 7am across the board for all plans??? I didn't realise it was only for those with a data pack added on, or was it always that way?!

its always been you must atlest have A data package added. stops people getting 5GB and abusing nighttimes i suppose..
timmmay: The minimum UFB plan has 100GB. The only thing I can think that could use much more than that is people who create a lot of media and send it somewhere (eg I send a lot of large raw images to my editor), or people who download/seed massive amounts of media - like enough to watch it 24/7. What other legitimate uses are there for that much data?

jnimmo: Games would usually come down through Akamai or similar CDN anyway wouldn't they, thus usually be zero-rated? I haven't been over 85GB in the last year and we are always streaming Netflix etc. Not on the torrents though :)

don't think Snap zero-rates akamai.
NonprayingMantis: Netflix on super HD gets through something like 2GB/hour, so that is only 50 hours of TV a month per household, well below the average (which is around 120 hours per PERSON)
Titanfall is 45GB, and no doubt the next patch will be something like 20GB. If you have a Ps+ subscription that is about 3 new games a month, every month, to download, average around 10-15GB
Then you have things like cloud backup services or just simple online storage. If you have large amounts of family photos or videos that can chew through absolutely loads of data in no time at all.

People watch 120 hours of TV per MONTH???!!! I might watch 40 hours in a big month. No wonder people are overweight and stupid.
