Anyone else experiencing this? Their website says no known issues, support phone line says wait 30 minutes then restart your modem. My router says PPPoE timeout.

I moved to UFB for reliability, especially during natural disasters...

It fixed itself right after I posted. Interesting that fibre connects to a PoP called "DSL".
