I've noticed that the 2 degrees mobile app on my android phone is showing an auto renew date of 28/03/2015 for my carryover combo 60 pack, however, the correct date of the renew is 28/04/2014 which is shown if I log into the "your 2 degrees" website.

Does anyone from 2 degrees want to look at my account to see this before I cancel the auto renew? If I was relying on the app to see when things were going to renew I would be a bit annoyed if it renewed before the app said it was going to.

Hi Daniel

Seems to be a glitch on that. It should say 'Expires on the 28/3/2015.  Please can you PM me your name, number, plus DOB & address for authentication.

Many thanks
^POB

Thanks,
PM sent.

Note - it's not the expiry date that I'm concerned about, it's the indicated auto renew date of the carry over chat 60 pack. By my understanding this would auto renew on the 28/04/2014 as it is 1 month from when I brought it, not the indicated 28/03/2015 on the android app.

Cheers,
Daniel.

Thanks for that Daniel, I'll get our tech team to look into it.

If anyone else notices problems with the mobile app, please send me a PM with all your details.

Cheers,
^AB
