I'm contemplating swapping to Flip. Can anyone tell me if XBox Live works ok? Specifically I'm interested in any issues with match-making and or establishing parties of three or more people. I've read that CGNat (Carrier Grade NAT) like Flip uses can interfere with this.

Or maybe I'm kidding my self and my current ISP (Orcon) already use cgnat?

Never had a problem with my account.

I've used both Xbox 360 and Xbox One with Live.

Orcon doesn't use CGNAT. We currently give customers a dynamic public IP address

Sorry - I haven't done that specifically.

In regards to CGNAT and gaming, the rule of thumb is that if you're hosting a server/game via your connection then you'll run into trouble.

Some of the games I'm using through Live definitely use one of the player's Xbox to act as a host server. Some have dedicated servers but I can't predict what individual games will need in the future.

Flip looks pretty appealing from a price point of view but I don't want to take the risk of connection issues with the way I use XBox Live.
