Okay, so long story short, my bill is due the day before my pay day. What do I do? :S

I'd say phone them and talk to them.

If it's a one off, explain the situation and ask what they can do to help.
If it's a regular thing, ask if they can change your billing date.

Edit: on the off chance you're not aware, this is an independent tech forum and there is no guarantee that a rep will be here to answer your questions.

I wouldn't think so, no. But if that happens every month, then - if you ask *really* nicely - your billing day can be changed. They're spaced roughly a week apart - if you have them move it to the next one, then your due date would be after pay day.

Unfortunately we can't change your bill due date and if you do not pay by your bill by your due date you may be charged a late payment fee.

Are you able to pay by Auto-Payment or Direct Debit by leaving enough in your account for the oncoming bill? Here's more info on Paying Your Bill.

Please PM me your number, name, account number plus DOB and address and we may be able to offer another option.

Cheers
