I was away for a month and when I returned my Homeline and internet are not working. Not sure when it went down.
I only see this Outage-West-Auckland which was updated on 17th April. Might be it went down during that time.
Did anyone had the same issue ?
My bill was also paid for this month.

I had already logged a support request with Flip yesterday.
