Hi,

Is anyone else have email issues?

Webmail is insanely slow when you click on reply. And attaching a document seems to crash it.

ERROR:

Could not move/copy file. File not attached

No widespread problems with the platform that I can see.

Matt your issue (raised 5:22pm Monday if I'm correct), has been re-flagged with the Systems team. Again I'd ask you to log a new ticket for new issues, makes it easier to keep track of. I know that ticket was originally on this issue two months ago but it has been used for several unrelated issues since.

Just to further what FireEngine has said, if the ticket is closed, and you email in on the same ticket number, it doesn't re-open it. Hence why cases need to be logged on an individual basis. :)

You will see that that ticket all rolls on from the orignal death to spam problems, It is the  same problem that was reported on the ticket 2 months ago when the ticket was first opened, where email is not being delivered, and is stuck in the death2spam, spam folder, and can't be moved out of it.   I haven't had any communciation from support of the email that it was escalated, and it isn't an issue posted on the network status page.

Hi Matt, there is nothing on the Network Status page as this appears to be an individual issue and not a widespread issue.

Email not being delivered and being delivered but stuck in a folder, are clearly different issues. Unless you say different it looks like the original D2Spam issue was resolved for nearly 2mths before reoccurring??
