Anyone else having trouble with FTp on the linux servers? It has been very slow of the last few days. I am downloading data now, and my ftp client said it would take 5 hours to download about 50MB of data. I have submitted a support ticket about it, but wondering if anyone else is having the same problem..

Can you PM the ticket number please? I have asked the guys however and there aren't any issues that we're aware of at this time. Looks to be an isolated issue.

Thanks. The speed I am seeing is around 30-40 KB/S. I guess it could always be ISP related, althoughI am not seeing the problem with another provider I use. I have PM'd you the ticket id.

thanks for that, I've just asked the team leader to have a look into that for you. As I said earlier, we're not encountering any issues currently i.e. you're the only reported case of speed issues on that platform, but we're going to get our iServ guys to have a look to confirm, you'll then get some comms from the team.
