Hey All,

I see 2Degrees regular these forums, I have a Samsung Galaxy Note3 currently on contract, My reception at work and at home (Both in Onehunga around the Captain Springs road area) is low to non-existant. Its really annoying when trying to get work calls or send texts to my partner who is with Telecom and has next to perfect reception in both places. My work mate who is also with 2degrees gets no reception who works on the desk next to me. Is there anything i can do to resolve this issue? If not am i even obligated to my contact as 2degrees cannot provide service to the two places that i am at 80% of the time? I cant be the only one with this issue?

Help me!

Coverage isn't as good as Telecom or Vodafone at home (on Onehunga Mall) but still perfectly usable on an iPhone 5S for me.
