I use an app on google chrome that tells me my data usage on Snap. For some reason, while the amount of data it says I have used is correct 71GB out of 100GB. The bar below that claims that I have used 248% of my cap, when I have used only 71%. Any ideas?

Hi, yes there was a bug with version 0.5.1. I fixed this last night with version 0.5.2. (changelog here)

If Chrome hasn't updated the extension automatically for you yet, you can force the update by doing the following:

1. Open chrome://extensions
2. Enable Developer Mode (checkbox at the top)
3. Click the Update Extensions Now button

Does this solve the issue?

Yes it has, thanks. Though the bar is still red instead of the previous green, is that normal?

Hmm. Does clicking the refresh icon in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up balloon fix it?

Is the icon on the toolbar completely red too?

Sounds like I need to investigate further.

Could you please email me a copy of your Snap account summary page? Details on how to do this are here.

@kiwi1691 Just released v0.5.3, should be fixed now! Turned out to be a JavaScript quirk; engine thought that 71.26 was greater than 100, so the bar was turning red. Fixed it by parsing the numbers as floats.

Anyway, if you force Chrome to update extensions again, is the bar green like it should be?

@SumnerBoy No worries!
