Hi,

I've got a 2012 51" E550 Plasma TV by Samsung with the v2 Samsung Smart Hub.  Recently I have been having trouble getting it to the internet to use the apps, it states that there is no network connection.  There clearly is as every other device in the house works fine!  I've spoken to Samsung NZ and other users of SmartHub and theirs are running just fine.  Is there something in the Snap Network blocking this?

Thanks,

Chris

So the TV can use the internal network fine to play back videos and it can also be seen on the Fritz!Box but at the moment it can't access the internet which indicates two things, that the central servers used by Samsung are down (others have confirmed that this is not the case) OR Snap has something blocking the connection on their network...
