I am looking for some volunteers to try out a new Genius Black firmware (The black BoB modem).

The volunteer needs to be in these areas and also be on EUBA (Not LLU or UFB at this stage).

Wellington
Henderson
Glenfield
Mt Albert
Hamilton

If you are keen to play around with some IPV6 and don't mind being a Guinea pig, let me know!

I would
but my bob M/R is now sitting in my cupboard in the random event that my shiny new one fails....

You are on EUBA and off the Henderson exchange. So you are a valid trailist

Let me know if you are keen and we will push a modem upgrade.

Lucky bastards. Glad to see orcon moving ahead on IPv6 where not held up by feet-dragging LFCs!

Any changes at work due to the acquisition, Sounddude?

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Lets hope IPv6 doesn't cause problems like it does for Snap customers.

We have done a lot of testing, and all the Snap pitfalls don't seem to be the case with us.
