Found my internet not working this morning, so I did a DHCP renewal on my router and was given these two addresses within a few seconds of each other. Now these are not the actual network/broadcast addresses (121.99.224.0/23-121.99.225.255; 121.99.254.0/23-121.99.255.255) but I'm pretty sure they're invalid:

There is nothing wrong with those IP Addresses (With those netmasks)  at all and are perfectly 100% right to be used.

Those IP's should work no problems.

ipcalc 121.99.224.1/23
Address: 121.99.224.1 01111001.01100011.1110000 0.00000001
Netmask: 255.255.254.0 = 23 11111111.11111111.1111111 0.00000000
Wildcard: 0.0.1.255 00000000.00000000.0000000 1.11111111
=>
Network: 121.99.224.0/23 01111001.01100011.1110000 0.00000000
HostMin: 121.99.224.1 01111001.01100011.1110000 0.00000001
HostMax: 121.99.225.254 01111001.01100011.1110000 1.11111110
Broadcast: 121.99.225.255 01111001.01100011.1110000 1.11111111

They are in the middle of the /23 subnet
