Is there an issue with Snap in CHCH at the moment?

Our homeline is coming up disconnected (UFB) and so is Snaps 0800 no. Anyone else having issues?

We are currently experiencing an issue which is affecting multiple services as well as our Call Centre. Snap Plus calling is confirmed affected, further information to follow as is available. No ETA for resolution at this time

Hi All,

Just an update, this issue has been resolved as of 15:45 - there was an issue on a Christchurch voice node which caused issues across the platform but generally limited to incoming calls into South Island based numbers. There was no impact to any data or Internet services.
