I'vebeen  charged for upgrading my data plan ( from 100GB to Unlimited)... It is ridiculous. any other ISP will do it?

snaps billing system is confusing.

pretty sure you wouldnt have been actually charged.

i find best route is just to call their billing and ask, they explain it pretty clearly generally.
