Hi,
Is anyone else having issues sending email from Orcon today?
I just tried to use Orcon webmail to send an email to work and got a 5.5.0 SMTP; 554 error.

Just trying to establish whether its just me or if it's a Orcon wide thing.

Thanks heaps...

And now I'm getting 5.7.1 SMTP; 550 5.7.1 errors.

Orcon's SMTP servers appear to be on some blacklists.
Maybe this is the cause!?

Will log a job when I get time.

Hi Bigguy

Yes it seems our servers have been blacklisted. The Guys are working on it.

Fix has gone in for this so everyone should now be fine to (re)send email. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We're running the filter in tag-only mode at the moment. Quarantine mode will be enabled by default in the near future, but if you'd like to login and enable it for yourself the FAQ should help you out: http://www.orcon.net.nz/support/gfaq_page/how_do_i_use_the_orcon_spam_filter

If you get stuck or have any issues logging in please pm me. Cheers!

Edit: Looks like links might be disabled for me as my account is new...

Not just you: I cant log in either (assuming its the same Orcon username and password you would use to log in via webmail or your account).

I've been having issues with the webmail as well. Messages I sent yesterday came back this morning saying they weren't sent. Also I keep getting disconnected from webmail after 10-20 minutes saying "Unkown user or incorrect password". Only started occurring yesterday.
