I thought I had this saved, but can't find it and AVM seems to have pulled it. If anyone has this I would be very grateful.

Thanks, but isn't this for firmware 4.86?

I could use this to roll back if if I also had the firmware upgrade to 5.22, but unfortunately I don't as I must have deleted it.

Thanks guys,

I should be able to use Sideface's 4.86 recovery and then upgrade to 5.22 with Hio's file.

Well, I was a little scared for a bit there.

The 4.86 restore seemed to brick the Fritz after it completed. The LAN ports all went dead about 5 seconds after powering on the unit... and when I tried the 5.51 recover it said it couldn't find the Fritz.

Fortunately on the third go with the 5.51 recovery it found the Fritz and recovered 5.51 successfully. From there I could just use the 5.22 "upgrade" file to downgrade to 5.22.

Now all is well with the world.

But if anyone happens to have a 5.22 recovery file I would still love to get it so I could keep it on file.

Thanks.
