I had to join a conference call tonight (Arcadin Conference Call) and when I dialed the 0800 number to join it was constantly engaged. Tried several times always engaged Checked with other people in other towns and they had no problem joining, Then switched to my cellphone (Telecom) and it went straight through which leaves me to think it was the Genius VOIP system not working correctly with the Conference call
Any thoughts

Can you get through to any 0800 - for instance the Orcon help desk number 0800 131415? Or are all the same?

Its not a pervasive issue otherwise support would be burning down with it...

No other 0800 numbers work ok

OK, can you please PM me the 0800 concerned, it looks like a routing issue specific to that number which the voice guys usually sort pretty pronto.

Definitely not the sort of thing we'd expect.  I'll get the details from FireEngine and look into it pronto.

Hi,

Sorry it has been a while with no update.  

Are you able to PM me your account name and/or phone number, from which you tried to call the service, and the date/time approximately?

I can only see one failed call to that number in the last 10 days, so I'm at a bit of a loss as to what the trouble was when you tried to call (and indeed whether you were that one call!)
