Hi,

I currently am using the Orcon Geinus White (NetComm NF4V) and VoIP for my internet and voice. We are using the Orcon VoIP service, but currently there is no dialtone and the SIP client is not registering. Why would this be happening?

Thanks

Yes sorry, the update is that you're indeed registered, however the errors you're getting from outbound calls are rather curious. I'm in the process of raising a job now for our voice team to have a look into for you now. I will then PM you the ticket number.

Right, if I was to say the word Linphone to you, what springs to mind?
In short, the phone number is registered, however the device registering it, is not our router. Which is what is causing issues here. Are you able to remove that device and try with ours?

Oops, lol :3 Yes, it is working now, thanks for your time. Also, the problems were occurring before I logged in with Linphone. I only got it to test if it was a problem with he router.
