Disclaimer: Not a current Orcon customer but still have a free forever orcon email address which still receives some emails

Has something changed with Orcon email, I seem to be getting a heap of Spam now all marked with [SPAM]: and some legit emails are coming through with the same tagging.

I haven't yet looked at Orcons website but asking here normally gets me better results, so thanks in advance

How do I...

The new platform launched 10/7/2014 and is currently running in tagging mode while it is fine tuned and learns, we will switch to quarantine (so spam is delivered into your spam folder), in approx a months time.

You can follow the FAQ and set MailGuard to filter Spam into the quarantine folder, see the above post.
