Is it not possible to change a data plan partway through the month? Usually you'd get charged the balance of the month remaining and immediately go on the new plan such is the case with Vodafone at least - for example they'd charge 10/30 days of your old plan and 20/30 days on the new.

Case # 11863808 if someone could help.

Normally you will be offered to upgrade your data part of a plan straight away.

I'm afraid our data accounting systems don't allow it at this time - I'd happily work around that if you were going to Unlimited but I can't resolve a mid-month capped plan change I'm afraid.

I will PM you an idea though...

We can do speed upgrades at any time :-)

Fireengine can you check if I'm on the best plan setup? Currently paying the base plan plus a data add on. Also at the moment I don't quite need a data pack of that size if there are options slightly less :)

Sorry no, that is a Sales conversation for which you need to talk to Sales or the Contact Centre and possibly be read the terms etc to make sure you are signed up correctly to any term/contract commitments and the new plan features are fully explained.
