Hi

I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I have an iPhone with one 2Degrees number and a Nokia 1020 Windows Mobile 8 phone with a seperate 2Degrees number. The Nokia 1020 shares data with the iPhone account but otherwise they are separate devices. Yesterday a caller called me on the iPhone number, but it appeared as a missed call on the Nokia 1020 phone and not the iPhone!

Anyone have any idea how that can happen?

I have an iPhone with shared data and have never seen this, I would recommend you call customer service and log a fault. It could be a network issue.

Hi Mruane

Have you got Call forwarding set on your iPhone? Enable or disable call forwarding

If not can you PM your numbers and phones involved and the times/dates of the calls in case it's a routing issue. Please include your 4 digit PIN for authentication.

All done. There was a call forward on the phone cleared by our Tech Support. :)
