Anyone having trouble receiving emails on iserve hosted email accounts? I seem to be not receiving emails from overseas servers such as from Instagram and Facebook. I have also checked spam folders just in case they are getting trapped , but nothing.

Looks like their support is AWOL at the moment as they didn't reply to my ticket.

I can't see any open or recent tickets under the customer ID you have use previously, can you PM me the ticket number - I assume you opened a new support ticket?

Thanks, yes it was a new ticket and sent via the hosting control panel. I will PM you the ticket number

Ok, I'll get you a callback tomorrow. In the auto-reply we do advise if this is impacting to call in as well, that helps the team prioritise.
