Recommended Flip to a friend but turns out not available for her place. Tried few other addresses including mine in E Auckland, website says not available. Can someone from Flip please confirm? I know address checker shows not available but just wanted some confirmation. Thanks

I can probably answer this for you.
Flip resells access to the Callplus UCLL equipment in the telephone exchanges. Unfortunately (to my knowledge) no one has deployed any equipment in the cabinets, which means that you can only get flip services when your connection is directly fed from an exchange with UCLL gear in it. Your friend could be getting broadband through a fiber fed cabinet, or a whisper cabinet, or an exchange/UAX that has yet to have Callplus' UCLL gear installed into it.

So there are a few reasons as to why it might not be available, unfortunately. You may be best off investigating other options to recommend.

Morning guys.

toejam316 - that's correct for our standard homeline and broadband plans. However, if you're after our unlimited naked plan, we have full coverage.

quebec - pm me your address and I'll double check everything for you.
