Had anyone else have an outage in the Browns Bay area. My fibre seems to be down. Cannot see any outage on orcon web site. Of course as I am Genius customer no telephone either

We have issues today in Massey too...  could be related?  or not?

Some customers may have an active internet connection but are unable to browse the web.
A modem reboot will be required in order to resolve this.

Unfortunately there was no information when I was stuffing around trying to get my connection working at 6:45am this morning.  Rebooting the ONT and router made little difference.

Wish they would update their webpage when there is an outage. I spent 20 minutes holding on and eventually had to give up.
