Hi all,

Does anyone know if I can plug multiple POTS phones (or my old phone wiring) into an Orcon Genius fibre Modem?
Will a basic Y-Splitter work?

I asked Orcon, but they were unclear - Mentioning something about a "Filter".

I have a Monitored alarm from DSC and it needs a normal phone line (it's hard-wired, but I can fix that without too much trouble)

Thanks for the help.

Ray.

Yes. You can run any number of phone jacks from the phone1 port and connect multiple handsets as required subject to the normal REN limit.
