I have a Galaxy camera (uses simcard for txt & data but no traditional telephony hardware)
2dg sends me a txt each time I have a new voicemail message which I normally grab via dialing my own number from a landline. or 022 202 2002

I received a voice message yesterday, went to retrieve it ( tried both methods) system tells me I have no voice mail and need to set up my voicemail from a mobile phone.

Rang 2 dg support who stated I do indeed have voicemail but need to reset the pin which will delete my messages, or wait 5 days for the issue to be escalated.
without appearing impatient, I haven't got 5 days to wait for a voicemail.

anyone know of a workaround ?

If it's on a number you never use ... what makes you think it is important?
