Network is down where I am, New Brighton Christchurch. Other customers reporting outage on facebook, including also in Dunedin & Wellington.

I can't find a 'network status' page on 2degreesmobile.co.nz.

Patiently awaiting a response, cheers :).

We had a brief outage in Redwood, Christchurch on 2degrees about 0030 but its been back up for last 20 mins (on 4G no less despite being out of coverage). Wonder if its linked to current Snap outage (as they provide 2degrees web access don't they?), Snap UFB has been out since I got home at half 12.

I was also experiencing sms issues around that time in Palmerston North, but it's all back to normal now.

Just finished resetting my windows phone & while trying to set it up again it currently can't find the 2degrees network. Even when manually searching for networks it's not finding it. I'm in Spreydon Christchurch.

Is it still down for you? Initially here it was whole network and than once it returned data wasn't working for a while (~10 mins) before it returned as well.

Still down, restarted once and switched in and out of airplane mode a few times hoping to pick up signal again but no joy.

Just scanned the mobile networks, 2degrees is down, my phone has swapped over to Vodafone network.

This seems to be a nationwide outage.

I can get 2g at home, and 3g at work but have lost 4g

Guess it's because of outage, was enjoying the 4g, better then my home broadband.

Sorry for not replying earlier.
The issue was caused by smoke in the data room. We restored 2G voice on all sites a few hours ago and full services (voice, text and data) should now be working for all customers.
Thank you for bearing with us, we really appreciate your patience during these times.
